Abstract:Often real change is derailed when deep seated beliefs and experiences are inadequately explored. This workshop is designed as an experience to step into your own personal edges (the areas that cause you to back away from change). We will take the exploration further by seeing how our own edges and the collective edges within a group/organization/culture can stall changes and how by addressing the underlying beliefs and stories, greater sustainable change can emerge. This is part 1 of a 2 part session. You will leave the experience with a deeper understanding of edge theory, how it applies to your lives personally and professionally with some experimental ideas to change the story.
