Abstract: Tricia Broderick is no stranger to sharing the good, bad and even the ugly when it comes to leading amazing teams. As a member of the Agile Alliance community since 2007, she has been able to apply many of the conference learnings – sometimes wildly successfully and sometimes, well let’s just say with train wreck results.
