I’ve worked for ExxonMobil since 2011. I’ve written software for interactive model building and seismic imaging in conjunction with research geophysicists. Our software is used to perform critical seismic imaging for ExxonMobil using multiple Cray supercomputers. About 1 year ago I took on the role of ScrumMaster for about 13 - 15 developers as 3 small teams following LeSS, which has worked well. http://less.works . We’ve gone from delivering about 2 releases / year to delivering 1 release / month.
