Jennie is Co-Lead of the North American Agile Coaching Chapter and Agile Coach at Morgan Stanley. In her professional and personal pursuits, she strives to live her mantra, “Make Big Ideas a Reality, Help Teams Love the Journey,” which makes her recent career pivot to helping teams and drive transformation through Agile and Lean processes especially meaningful to her. Prior to that role, Jennie served as the Chief Operating Officer for Talent Strategy & Learning Experience at Morgan Stanley Wealth Management. As Chief Operating Officer for Diversity & Inclusion programs in Wealth Management, she led the design and production of Leadership Summits for women and multicultural financial advisors—experiences that connected our talent in meaningful ways. Additionally, she innovated with programming such as “In the Know” to help everyone better connect with clients and each other through gender smarts and cultural fluency. Jennie worked in the Office of the COO, US Field Management as Head of Strategy and Program Management, helping Advisors and Teams grow their business and engage with clients. She was hired at Citi Smith Barney in 2008 as a part of the user experience team to redesign the advisor desktop application. Jennie is a recognized leader and motivator at Morgan Stanley Wealth Management, named as a MAKERS@Morgan Stanley Wealth Management recipient in the class of 2017.

Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Jennie was Director of Operations at New York University (2002-2008), focusing on NYU’s $2.5B fundraising campaign. Jennie started her career working in Technology/Internet consulting and project management. Jennie attended as an undergraduate at Earlham College and graduate school at McGill University, studying French. Jennie lives in Brooklyn, NY with her two children and husband.
