I am extremely passionate about Agile and even more so about people. I have had the good fortune to work & experiment with the Agile principles for more than 15 years while playing the roles of Software Engineer, QA, Tech Lead, Mentor, Product Owner, Scrum Master & Agile Coach at various companies.
I have also been meditating for more than 20 years and have come to recognize that equanimity acquired through meditation practices helps strengthen the human side of Agile (people first approach).
This has helped me bring huge success with Agile transformations from startups to enterprises! Many a times my teams have been recognized as the happiest ones around! I love to go around the world sharing my knowledge and experience on how to succeed with Agile.
