Antoinette has been in the Agile world since working with some of the original Manifesto signatories in 1996. She spent several years as Agile team member, developing software products. She has been an Agile mentor since 2005, then received coaching from Agile Coaching Institute in the US in 2009 to kick of her Agile coaching career. She was part of the first Enterprise Coaching cohort in the US in 2014, was invited by ACI to become part of their faculty in 2015 .As part of this faculty she trains Agile leaders in Facilitation and Agile Coaching.
This year she has also become part of the Adventures with Agile faculty in the UK and teaches their IC-Agile certified Enterprise Agile Coaching class worldwide. She is a coach of coaches, growing and coaching both Team and Enterprise coaches internationally.She is currently part of an international team of Industrial Logic coaches piloting Agile in clinical trials in Roche, Switzerland.
Antoinette trained and certified in Organizational and Relationship Systems Coaching and her team coaching forte is growing high performance in leadership teams, including teams in conflict.
