April Jefferson is an Agile transformation consultant and organizational change coach. She is passionate about empowering others to foster social change and uses Agile, Lean, UX, design thinking and open space to create awesome solutions and positive organizational cultures. She helps organizations, executives, management, teams, and individuals to implement and scale Agile, and has coached teams at Ford Motor Company, the University of Michigan Medical School, the OnStar division of General Motors, Ithaka, and Consumer’s Energy of Michigan.
