I'm a coach and consultant with 30 years experience in strategy, leadership, management, delivery and education in the public and private sectors.
I've also spent two decades as a non-executive Director and Chair within the non-profit sector, the last two as Chair of the Agile Business Consortium.
As well as my coaching and consulting work, I'm currently researching the lived experience of Agile team coaches, and am training as a psycho-therapeutic counsellor.
My big question at the moment is how to make sure that agility practice remain (become?) more human-centred as they scale across organisations, sectors and geographies.
