I am currently an Agile SME in the Corporate PMO (Project Management Office) at Sandia National Laboratories in Albuquerque, NM as well as the co-lead of the Agile Community of Practice and PMO Agile Working Group. In the PMO I conduct training, coach individuals and teams, sponsor Agile conferences at Sandia, and provide guidance to the Agile community via the Sandia Agile Handbook, Agilist competencies and training, and the Agile CoP corporate website.
I have been practicing Agile for over ten years. Before concentrating on Agile, I was a software developer, software engineer, software QA specialist for over 28 years. I am a SAFe SPC4, CSM and CSPO, and have a BS in Computer Science from the College of Santa Fe.
I have worked in many team rooms throughout the course of my agile career and subsequently worked with teams to design and construct Agile team rooms, with budgets ranging from zero to over $1M.
